Albion Riverside – Hutchison Whampoa


 
Designed by Lord Foster and developed by Hutchison Whampoa, Albion Riverside comprises 186 private apartments, 45 affordable apartments, 70,000 sq ft of commercial units including retail units and offices. The development is high-spec and contemporary and occupies a high-profile site between Battersea and Albert bridges. Features include 24 hour security and concierge; leisure suite, including pool; and all the apartments are air conditioned.

Allingham Court – Barratt Homes

An exclusive development of 12 large super luxury apartments on the Bishops Avenue in Hampstead, Allingham Court has been constructed to the highest standards. Features include a leisure suite with pool, air conditioning to all the apartments, 24 hour security concierge service and valet-parking.

Trevor Square, SW7 – Crown Dilmun

Crown Dilmun converted a Knightsbridge warehouse and office block into 44 luxury apartments and houses and 40,000 sq ft. of office and retail space. The apartments are exceptionally highly serviced and are air-conditioned.
