The Harrods Estates residential property management service was started under the direction of Richard Stephenson in 2000. The focus has been on developing the business as a New Development specialist, building on the experience of the Harrods Estates team with the aim of being able to add value to our clients’ products.

Richard Stephenson (MBIFM MIoD) joined Harrods Estates in 2000 to form the Asset Management Division, which he heads. Richard was previously with another leading managing agent as Estates Development Manager. He has considerable experience in the field of new developments and, in particular, large, prestige, riverside developments. Richard is also a Director of PL Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harrods Estates offering similar property management services without the Harrods brand.
