Meet the Team

Management

Managing Director – Mark Collins

Mark Collins has been in the property business for nearly 28 years, appointed as Managing Director of Harrods Estates in 1997 to re-launch the Company. Mark heads a highly professional team of over 40 staff in two offices in central London and is proud of the bespoke, personalised service Harrods Estates provides to its valued global data-base.

He is also a director of Fulham Football Club and is an elected member on the F.A. Council on behalf of the Club and as a representative of the Premier League.

Deputy Managing Director and General Manager Group Property – Julian Cook

After attending Reading University, Julian pursued a career as a Surveyor. Julian then worked for the West End Shops agency between 1988-1995 after which he joined Harrods Estates.

Sales and Marketing Director – Shirley Humphrey
Shirley started her career in the cosmetics industry and then set up her own cosmetics and Fashion PR company. Following this, Shirley moved into the property world working as a Sales Manager for Berkeley Homes. In 2000 Shirley joined Harrods Estates where she has recently been appointed to the Board. Shirley also deals with Developments and Investments.

Knightsbridge Sales Manager – Shaun Drummond
Originally qualified as an architect where he specialised in hotel developments, Shaun worked for Savills before joining Harrods Estates in 1998. Promoted to sales manager in 2002, he now heads the London Residential Sales team based in the main Knightsbridge office covering Belgravia, Chelsea, Kensington & Knightsbridge.

Knightsbridge Sales Negotiator – Alex Greaves
After working in Residential Sales for over two and half years in Fulham, Alex moved to Harrods Estates in January 2008 to join the Knightsbridge office.
Alex works as part of the Knightsbridge residential sales team which specialises in the sale of Flats and Houses in prime central London. Alex also oversees the sale of boxes and seats within the Royal Albert Hall.

Knightsbridge Sales Negotiator & Head of Russian Desk – Leila Dyominova
Leila is originally from Kazakhstan and has been in London for over 11 years. She graduated from Regents Business School in 2002 and has now been in the property industry for five years. Leila possesses a wide spectre of knowledge of the property market. Leila is fluent in Russian and is the main contact for all Russian enquiries.

Mayfair Sales Manager – Emma Pearson
Emma has been in the property industry for nine years working for Foxtons, South Kensington and Hamptons International in their Knightsbridge and Chelsea offices for 5 years. Emma joined Harrods Estates in 2006.

Mayfair Assistant Sales Manager – Jenny Marwick
Jenny has an extensive career of over 30 years in Property; initially in South Africa as Sales Director of Acutts Estates Agents and as Sales Manager of Pam Golding Properties, in which positions she was Real Estate Trainer for all the offices in Natal. On moving to London in 2001, she joined Harrods Estates, where she is Assistant Sales Manager of the Mayfair office.

Shirley Humphrey
Headed by Shirley Humphrey, Harrods Estates Residential Development and Investment Department specialises in the acquisition and sale of properties within prestigious Residential Schemes in Central London.

Lettings Department

The Knightsbridge Office

Knightsbridge Lettings Manager – Karen Boland
Karen started at Foxtons after university where she worked for two years. Karen then moved to Hamptons International Chelsea where she stayed for five years. Karen joined Harrods Estates in 2005.

Knightsbridge Lettings Negotiator – Katrina Rhodes
Katrina started her career in the property industry with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in the Mayfair branch and worked for the company for three years. Katrina joined Harrods Estates in April 2007 in the Park Lane office as a Lettings Negotiator and in August 2008 joined the Lettings team in the Knighsbridge office.

Robert Cox

Mayfair Lettings Negotiator - Robert Cox
Robert has been in the residential lettings industry since 2005 and has plied his trade from East to West London. Previously at Knight Frank LLP he joined Harrods at the Mayfair office in September 2008.

Asset Management

Asset Management

General Manager, Asset Management - Richard Stephenson
Richard joined Harrods Estates in 2000 to form the Asset Management Division having previously been with another leading management agency as Estates Development Manager. Richard is also a Director of PL Management, another managing agents business in the Group and is also responsible for the Lettings Property Management business of Harrods Estates.

Associate Director, Asset Management - Heidi Hampton
Heidi has over 8 years experience of managing exclusive high end London residential developments and was previously with Hamptons International. Heidi joined Harrods Estates five years ago managing the Albion Riverside development before being promoted to Associate Director in 2007.

Property Manager, Asset Management - Monica Kent
Monica Kent started working in property in the early 80's in Dorset as a negotiator for a large organisation. She then changed career to work as a PA in Football Management for the premiership teams. She moved to London in 1998 to work in TV as a personal assistant and then for a well known London Newspaper, before moving to Harrods Estates. Monica has worked in the Property Management section for the past seven years.

Estate Manager, Asset Management - Julie-Ann Balogun
Julie-Ann has been in Property Management for four years. Julie-Ann joined Harrods Estates in 2006 from another leading agent.

Estates Receivable Administrator, Asset Management - Deborah Williamson
Deborah has worked in the credit profession for 10 years, having previously worked in the public sector as an Income Officer. Deborah joined Harrods Estates in 2007.

Marketing

Marketing Manager – Emma Thorne
After finishing her law degree at Sheffield University, Emma started her career in New York before moving to London to work for the BBC and in PR. Emma then worked in marketing for a Professional Services firm for two years before starting at Harrods Estates in 2007.

Online Marketing Manager – Noreen O’Brien
On completion of her Marketing Masters in Dublin, Noreen worked in the London office of Enterprise Ireland; the Irish Development Agency for two years as a marketing executive in Software, Services and Emerging Sectors. She then moved to Harrods Estates in November 2007 as Online Marketing Manager.

Adminstration

Massy Palumbo

PA to Managing Director and Office Coordinator - Massy Palumbo
Massy started her career in Public Relations and moved into the world of property over six years ago. Massy coordinated portfolios for a number of prestigious property investment companies, moving into property Sales in the Knightsbridge area and is now PA to the Managing Director and Office Coordinator for Harrods Estates.
