The UK Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, now in their 17^th year, the world’s most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the best real estate professionals across the globe. 

Harrods Estates were presented with two plaques marking this achievement at a Grand Gala Presentation at London’s Lancaster Hotel, on the 28^th of October 2011, attended by leading property professionals.

This year’s judges included James Bacon, UK Account Manager of Google; Peter Bolton King, Group Chief Executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals; David Dalby of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and Mike McNamara of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

In response to an increasing number of enquiries and sales from the Asia region, Harrods Estates will be visiting Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore in November.  In 2010, 42% of Harrods Estates sales went to clients from the region and 2011 looks set to follow the same trend.  A team of three from Harrods Estates will be meeting with existing and potential new clients giving them access to our current portfolio of on and off market properties as well as visiting MIPIM Asia in Hong Kong.
