Landmark Place Breakfast: Celebrating the Views of Landmark Place

Last month Harrods Estates and Barratt Homes celebrated the standout development that is Landmark Place with a breakfast event at Harrods. Industry experts and interested parties joined the occasion revelling in the fascinating past of this remarkable historic London location.

Aptly named, due to the stunning river views of some of London’s most iconic landmarks such as Tower Bridge, City Hall, The Shard and the London Eye across the river in the distance, Landmark Place is one of Harrods Estates’ newest developments. One of the only apartment schemes located on the North Bank of the River Thames, it holds 165 contemporary interior designed apartments, with studios, one- two- and three-bedrooms, duplex apartments and penthouses available. The interior vision has been brought to life by three different designers to ensure eclectic variety within the apartment building.

Residents here can enjoy out-of-this-world amenities, feeling as though you part of a private members club, not to mention popular private members club Ten Trinity Square is a mere five-minute walk away. With gym, swimming pool, sauna and treatment rooms, as well as resident lounge and cinema room for entertaining, the development really has it all. Over 80% of this stunning building is glass and for a good reason – the view is unrivalled, and the elegant building hosts a striking contemporary façade.

The Landmark Place site holds a deep history, making the development even more unique. Around 43 AD on the riverside between Blackfriars and Tower Hill, the Romans established Londinium. Roman origins lie deep beneath the streets, but within the boundaries of that first settlement, on the banks of the Thames, where Landmark Place is situated. During the early stages of this project, Old London City walls were discovered underneath the plot leading to an excavation - these walls now reside in the Museum of London.

Harrods Estates are offering an incentive with interior designer BoConcept. BoConcept will put £20,000 worth of stunning interior décor and furniture towards any person that buys at Landmark Place, through Harrods Estates.Prices at start at £1,749,999.
