Trends 

- In comparison to 2008 the number of clients from the UK stayed stable while clients from Asia doubled.

- There was a significant increase in clients from the Middle East, in particular from Qatar and Oman.

- Majority of properties sold in 2009 were above £3 million.

- More than a third of rentals in 2009 were student rentals.
