We offer from 10,000 up to 1 million Harrods Rewards points* to Harrods Rewards members when selling or letting their property through Harrods Estates when you appoint us on the sole instruction of your property.

A breakdown of the qualifying rewards points are detailed below:

For properties sold with a value of up to £2million, the seller will receive 100,000 Rewards points.
For properties sold with a value between £2million and under £5million, the seller will receive 250,000 Rewards points.
For properties sold with a value between £5million and £10million, the seller will receive 500,000 Rewards points
For properties sold with a value over £10million, the seller will receive 1Million Rewards points

Landlords whose property lets for up to £1000 per week will receive 30,000 Rewards points
Landlords whose property lets between £1001 and £3000 per week will receive 50,000 Rewards points
Landlords whose property lets between £3001 and £5000 per week will receive 75,000 Rewards points
Landlords whose property lets over £5000 per week will receive 100,000 Rewards points

*Terms and Conditions:

To qualify you must be a Harrods Rewards card member, or join the Harrods Reward card program.
If selling or letting, the property must be listed as a sole instruction with Harrods Estates only at Harrods standard fees.
If selling or letting on a Sole Agency instruction on a reduced commission fee, then Harrods Rewards reserve the right to reduce the Rewards points accordingly.
Short-term lets, car-parking spaces, garages, Royal Albert Hall seats or boxes do not qualify for this offer.
The vendor and landlords offer runs until February 28th, 2025.
The Rewards card member must be a vendor or landlord or buyer or tenant of the transaction property to be eligible to receive the Rewards bonus points.
The Rewards bonus points will be credited to the Rewards member’s account on successful completion or settlement of the relevant transaction and not earlier.
Only one Rewards bonus points offer may be redeemed and one Harrods Rewards card used per transaction, irrespective of the transaction value.
The transaction cannot be split or the bonus points applied to multiple Rewards cards.
Harrods Estates retain the right to accept or reject property instructions at its discretion.

The bonus points will only be claimable upon completion of transaction.
There is a time limit of three months post completion of the transaction to claim the Rewards points.
