Julian Cook
Managing Director and General Manager Group Property
After graduating from Reading University, Julian began his career as a surveyor in 1989, working for the commercial property agent Edward Erdman’s West End Shops department for several years. In 1995, he joined Harrods Estates, responsible for all Harrods Group property. He still fulfils this role and was part of the re-foundation of Harrods Estates in 1996, sharing the vision of Harrods extending its unique service to offer customers luxury residential sales and lettings primarily in prime central London. Julian has been Director of Estates since 2011 and is committed to Harrods Estates being a central part of the Harrods Brand – a service that is not offered by any other department store in the world.
Shaun Drummond
Residential Director and General Manager
A graduate from University College Dublin, Shaun qualified as an architect in London, specialising in five-star hotels and exclusive residential projects, before pursuing a career in property. After working for Savills, Shaun joined Harrods Estates in 1998 and now heads the London Residential Sales team based in the main Knightsbridge office which covers Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Kensington and Hyde Park.
Michael Harte
Sales Manager - Knightsbridge Office
A highly accomplished estate agent specialising in Prime Central London’s luxury real estate market with over 20 years’ experience. With a proven track record of success, he has sold properties in some of the most prestigious new build developments and most affluent neighbourhoods, predominately Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair and Chelsea. Known for his in-depth market knowledge, bespoke client service, and exceptional negotiation skills, Michael consistently achieves outstanding results for clients ranging from international high-net-worth individuals to serial developers and investors.
Reem Dougramaji
Head of Middle East Desk, London Residential Sales
Baghdad-born Reem moved to London in 1991, diverted to Dubai to start selling luxury property in 2006, and joined Harrods Estates three years later. She began in the Knightsbridge lettings department before moving to the sales side in 2014.
Mayuri Depala
Anti-Money Laundering Executive and Office Manager
With over eight years extensive experience in the property industry, Mayuri possesses a wealth of knowledge having commenced her career in 2015. Specialising in Prime Central London, she has forged close collaborations with high-net-worth clients. Her versatile skill set spans various roles, including administration, operations, and personal assistance. At Harrods Estates, Mayuri ensures all commercial activity maintains compliance with regulatory standards for Anti-Money Laundering. Beyond the office, she finds joy in baking and socializing, enriching her life with creativity and connection.
Cali Hamilton
Sales Coordinator
As Sales Coordinator, Cali supports the team with a detail-driven and client-focused approach, drawing on experience gained at a property management firm in the Square Mile and a prestigious maritime logistics company in the City. A London property owner herself, she has a strong understanding of the market and the importance of providing the attentive service for which Harrods Estates is renowned. She is currently completing her final year of Mechanical Engineering at City St George’s University of London.
Sarah McIntyre
London Residential Lettings Director
Sarah brings more than 20 years’ experience to the property lettings industry, having worked with well-known agencies dealing with the prime Chelsea, Kensington and central London markets before taking over as head of lettings at Harrods Estates. She draws on first hand experience of numerous market changes over the years to offer clients the best advice and highest level of service.
Sofien Scappini
Assistant Manager - Lettings
Sofien is an experienced negotiator with a proven ability to secure favourable outcomes for clients. With several years property experience in areas such Mayfair, Marylebone, South Kensington and Knightsbridge, Sofien is a well versed prime central London expert. He originally joined Harrods Estates in 2017 and after a hiatus to explore other interests, has rejoined the busy Knightsbridge lettings office.
Christopher Janson
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Chris has been in the industry for 8 years having previously worked for Marsh & Parsons and Savills followed by an independent agent in Pimlico, Westminster and Earl’s Court for the last 4 years before joining Harrods Estates as a Senior Negotiator in the Mayfair Office. Chris deals with the Prime Lettings market and brings a premium service to his clients
Danielle Henry-Collu
Lettings Coordinator
With over 7 years in the industry, Danielle joins Harrods Estates as a Lettings Coordinator in Knightsbridge. Previously working for an independent agency and Foxtons in South West London, she offers a wealth of property knowledge and administrative support to the team.
Emma Hayes
Property Manager
As Property Manager at Harrods Estates, Emma brings over nine years of experience in both the UK and international markets. She has worked with an independent firm in Sydney, at Savills, and most recently with an independent agency in Surrey. Emma applies her extensive knowledge with a proactive, client-focused approach to deliver seamless management and exceptional service.
Monica Rowe
Marketing Manager
Monica has worked in the luxury property marketing sector for more than 20 years, with clients including well-known developers, estate agents and property brands. She heads all Harrods Estates' marketing activity including advertising, PR, digital, social and partnerships.
