Managing Director and General Manager Group Property
After graduating from Reading University, Julian began his career as a surveyor in 1989, working for the commercial property agent Edward Erdman’s West End Shops department for several years. In 1995, he joined Harrods Estates, responsible for all Harrods Group property. He still fulfils this role and was part of the re-foundation of Harrods Estates in 1996, sharing the vision of Harrods extending its unique service to offer customers luxury residential sales and lettings primarily in prime central London. Julian has been Director of Estates since 2011 and is committed to Harrods Estates being a central part of the Harrods Brand – a service that is not offered by any other department store in the world
Residential Director and General Manager
A graduate from University College Dublin, Shaun qualified as an architect in London, specialising in five-star hotels and high-end residential projects, before pursuing a career in property. After working for Savills, Shaun joined Harrods Estates in 1998 and now heads the London Residential Sales team, based in the main Knightsbridge office.
London Residential Sales Negotiator
Michael has always worked in property, starting in his early 20s when a fellow estate agent spotted his potential and gave him a break at a boutique Mayfair agency. He has worked his way up to become a qualified and highly respected sales negotiator at Harrods Estates with more than 10 years experience of working in prime London real estate.
Head of Middle East Desk, London Residential Sales
Baghdad-born Reem moved to London in 1991, diverted to Dubai to start selling luxury property in 2006, and joined Harrods Estates three years later. She began in the Knightsbridge lettings department before moving to the sales side in 2014.
Senior Sales Negotiator
Since studying Real Estate at University, Jake has worked in the Prime Central London Sales market as a Senior Sales Negotiator for over 8 years. He has bought, sold and valued properties on behalf of clients from all around the world. Jake also specialises in selling Debentures within the Royal Albert Hall.
Anti-Money Laundering Executive & Office Manager
Suzie has been in the industry for five years and supports Harrods Estates to ensure anti-money laundering is completed in accordance with HMRC. Suzie is based in Knightsbridge and oversees all offices, training and support of office coordinators.
Knightsbridge Office Coordinator
Joanna joined Harrods Estates in 2017 having previously worked in estate agency. She is passionate about providing excellent service to our clients and supporting the sales team.
London Residential Lettings Director
Sarah brings more than 20 years’ experience to the property lettings industry, having worked with well-known agencies dealing with the prime Chelsea, Kensington and central London markets before taking over as head of lettings at Harrods Estates. She draws on first hand experience of numerous market changes over the years to offer clients the best advice and highest level of service.
Chloe Wise has been in the lettings industry for five years, previously working at Foxtons and an independent agency in Chelsea before bringing her expertise in negotiating and valuing properties to Harrods Estates.
Sofien left a successful career in banking to make the move into property agency as a lettings negotiator in 2015. Three years later, he joined the Knightsbridge lettings team at Harrods Estates, bringing with him fluency in four languages (English, Italian and Spanish).
After roles in customer service in Budapest and Sydney, Anita moved to London and has worked in the lettings industry since 2014. She joined Harrods Estates to progress her career further and is passionate about providing excellent service to our clients and supporting the lettings team.
Monica brings experience in diverse industries to her role as property manager for Harrods Estates, where she has worked for seven years. She began working in property in Dorset in the early 1980s as a negotiator for a large organisation before changing tack and becoming a PA first in football management for Premiership teams, then in television and for a national newspaper – all invaluable experience for nurturing clients, which she now brings to Harrods Estates.
London Residential Sales Manager
Robert’s career in residential lettings since 2005 has spanned from east to west London. Previously at Knight Frank LLP, he joined Harrods Estates’ Mayfair office in 2008 and later became a member of the sales team. He is currently sales manager for the Mayfair office.
London Residential Sales Negotiator
Andrew has a wide range of London sales experience taking in Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea and Knightsbridge since 2010 for firms including John D Wood, Winkworth and Boden. He joined Harrods Estates’ Mayfair team in 2016 and enjoys showing clients a diverse array of London’s most desirable homes from elegant mansion blocks to beautifully refurbished flats fit for royalty.
London Residential Senior Lettings Negotiator
A life-long West Londoner, Robin began his property career in January 2008, starting in the residential lettings market. He joined Harrods Estates’ Mayfair office in 2010 and specialises in the super-prime (£5,000+ per week) market.
Mayfair Office Coordinator
Gabriela is a passionate and hardworking individual who recently joined Harrods Estates and has shown to be reliable and ready to provide outstanding customer service.
BA, Head of New Developments
Simon has been involved in central London new development during most of his career in agency. After working at Hamptons International and with European Land at Paddington Basin, Simon moved to Knight Frank for 10 years where he was a partner in residential development.
His major clients included Argent at King’s Cross, Qatari Diar at Grosvenor Waterside and Sellar Propery for the Shard. Simon provides development consultancy for developers on large-scale mixed-use projects and high value prime central London developments.
He has extensive experience of working alongside developers’ professional teams to take projects from early planning to the eventual sales and marketing.
New Developments Sales
Daniel Began his estate agency career in Dubai in 2006, predominantly in sales for off plan projects. In 2015 Daniel moved back to London and joined the Harrods Estates team focusing on New Developments and off plan sales, he has since crossed over into the London residential market and covers the full aspect of sales across London.
New Developments Team
Shahad has been at Harrods Estates for over a year with a focus on New Developments. Her past experience in luxury retail shows in her exceptional customer service and commitment to the client’s needs. Shahad’s fluency in Arabic, international exposure and investment background has made her a true asset to our team. She has an interest in architecture which was inspired by Zaha Hadid.
Monica has worked in the luxury property marketing sector for more than 15 years, with clients including well-known developers, estate agents and property brands. She now manages the new marketing team at Harrods Estates.
