Battersea Power Station
The regeneration of Battersea Power Station is set to create a whole new neighbourhood with over 3,500 new homes as well as new offices, restaurants, cinema, hotel, bars and cafes. The Grade II* Listed Battersea Power Station will be home to Apple’s UK headquarters and campus. The project is also a showcase of contemporary architecture with each phase designed by one of the world’s most famous architects including Rafael Vinoli, Frank Gehry and Foster & Partners.
The Northern Line extension with a new Battersea Power Station underground station is expected to open in Autumn 2021, whilst the Battersea Power Station pier is already operating with a river bus services run by Thames Clippers. Chelsea is close by on the opposite side of the Thames and there is direct access along the Thames path to Battersea Park’s 200 acres of green space.
Completions: Phase I 2018, Phase 2 end 2020 and Phase 3 end 2021.
