We provide a range of consultancy services for developers operating in our core, Knightsbridge, Mayfair  and Chelsea markets.  Our strong relationship with property developers has grown from our focus on professionalism and service and is illustrated by the quality of our development portfolio.

We offer bespoke sales and marketing advice with development consultancy based on our local market knowledge and experience of high net worth purchasers. Working in conjunction with Harrods Estates Asset Management and 'The Studio at Harrods’ – an interior design service - we can advise on the full package of building design, specification and interior finishes.

International Clientele

Harrods Estates has access to the extensive overseas contacts and concessions operated by Harrods Group in the Middle East, Malaysia and Japan.  We have carved out a niche market visiting our clients in their home countries along with touring areas in the world generating the most proactive buyers.

Harrods Estates market new developments overseas in the Middle East, Russia/CIS, India, South East Asia and China. We offer a range of international project marketing services including ‘one-to-one’ sales trips, exhibiting at property trade fairs and organising individual project exhibitions.

Unique Exposure via Harrods

We also offer a full menu of in-store promotions for developers within the iconic Harrods department store on Brompton Road.  The store can be utilized for bespoke events, window displays and internal advertising to support other UK marketing efforts and enhance PR for development launches.
