Southbank Place is the redevelopment of the iconic Shell Centre Tower, a much loved London landmark on the south bank of the Thames adjacent to County Hall, Jubilee Gardens and the London Eye. The development by joint venture partners Canary Wharf Group and Qatari Diar will create a 1,500,000 sqft mixed-use scheme across seven new towers including 877 new homes, office and retail space as well as cafes and restaurants and a public square. Residents will enjoy outstanding amenities with 24 hour concierge, private leisure facilities including 25m pool, gym and spa, as well as ring-side seats to London’s world-famous New Year’s Eve firework displays.
