Mayfair Office Sales Manager - Harrods Estates
Harrods Estates, the luxury property division of the Harrods Group, is currently seeking a Sales Manager. As Sales Manager, you’ll possess a proactive approach, have extensive knowledge of the W1 & W2 residential markets and always maintain an outstanding professional and customer-service focused approach. In this role you will ensure the smooth running of operational systems, ensuring the Sales Department achieves and preferably exceeds its sales target.

With offices in Knightsbridge, Mayfair and the iconic Harrods store itself and the global reach of the Harrods brand, Harrods Estates is perfectly situated to oversee the sale, letting and management of London’s most prestigious properties and new developments.
You’ll have a great track record in sales management, and influencing and supporting teams for the benefit of the entire office. You will have exceptional communication and customer-service skills, being able to liaise confidently and articulately with all stakeholders. Amongst the qualities that make you shine are:
- Previous managerial experience would be preferable.
- Extensive knowledge of the Mayfair, Bayswater, Marylebone and West End residential sales markets.
- Experience working in the prime central London residential sales market.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferably NAEA qualified.
- Exceptional customer-service skills.
- Outstanding influencing and networking skills.
- Ability to work as a team player and work for the benefit of the entire office.
- Confident, articulate, responsible and well-presented.
- A full UK driving licence.
