Senior Sales Negotiator

About us.We require an experienced Sales Negotiator to work in our main office, located in Knightsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of central London’s most exclusive estate agents with a globally recognised brand. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, possess a pro-active approach and maintain an outstanding professional and customer-service focused approach at all times.

About you.

You’ll have exceptional communication and customer service-skills. You’ll be confident, responsible and well-presented and a detailed working knowledge and understanding of relevant industry legislation. You’ll also have outstanding influencing and networking skills.

More specifically, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Prime Central London residential property market, concentrating in the prime residential boroughs of the Royal Borough of Chelsea & Kensington and the City of Westminster where Harrods Estates have a long established presence.
  • Previous experience in selling properties in prime central London is essential.
  • Previous experience in sales progression and dealing with solicitors, surveyors and financial institutions to ensure that sales are completed as smoothly as possible.
  • Previous experience in dealing with HNW clients and their representatives.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Preferably NAEA qualified.

KNIGHTSBRIDGE

Lettings Administrator

We are looking to employ a Lettings Administrator at our Knightsbridge office. This is an interesting and multi-tasking role, that will support the negotiators with the tenancy paperwork (and the progression thereof) for new and renewed tenancies, plus general office administration which will include the preparation of marketing literature amongst other related tasks.

About You

The job holder will have great verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise to meet tight deadlines. You will need a strong knowledge of lettings legislation and ideally you will be ARLA qualified. Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering Regulations will be beneficial.

You will be involved in the new tenancy progression including:

  • referencing, sending offer letters, holding and registering deposit invoices to clients,
  • closing deposit registrations, dealing with deposit releases/partial deposit releases,
  • drawing up tenancy agreements, arranging & finalising tenancy files, gathering all relevant paperwork relating to the tenancy such as gas safety certificates, EICRs, energy performance certificates, etc.,
  • carry out right to rent checks and preparing new and renewal deal sheets,
  • arranging photography, floorplans, window cards, EPC’s and compiling brochures, generating letters, property lists and submitting advertising. You will keep files up to date and update property availability and feature properties on various portals.

Office Co-ordinator

Harrods Estates is currently looking to employ an Office Coordinator to work at both our Knightsbridge and Mayfair offices.

The Office Coordinator role at Harrods Estates is a very interesting multi-tasking role supporting senior management, the sales, lettings and new development departments and taking care of office administration. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team. Based at the front desk you will be the first point of contact for Harrods Estates customers and the role will play a vital part in the administration and smooth running of the offices.

The job holder will have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work as a team and independently. You will have great attention to detail and knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations is desirable.

You will be meeting and greeting clients/applicants/customers as well as answering the phone, taking messages, answering email enquiries and daily posting (internally & externally). You will be maintaining the property/client database and uploading property details onto Reapit.

You will be arranging photography, floorplans, EPC’s and compile brochures, window cards as well as checking and submitting advertising copy.
