New talent joins the Harrods Estates team

As businesses start to look to the future and adjust to operate in a post-pandemic world, Harrods Estates has made three new appointments which seek to strengthen its team further. Comprising a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Coordinator and Anti-Money Laundering Executive & Office Manager, the roles denote the expectations of the business for overseas clients to be clamouring back to the Capital.

London continues to rise in the world university rankings – making investing in property or taking a long term let, very appealing. Furthermore, as high-net-worth individuals increase in areas such as North America and Asia, many remain keen to have a UK base.

Zahra Alnani joins Harrods Estates as a Lettings Negotiator. Zahra is an experienced negotiator and property manager, having been in the property industry for three years working solely for independent estate agency brands. She has joined the team as an Arabic speaking lettings negotiator.

Millie Wenham is appointed as our new Lettings Administrator. Prior to joining the team she worked in a variety of administrative roles within the property sector gaining over 13 years’ experience in Prime Central London and South West London markets.

Mayuri Depala is now in post as our Anti-Money Laundering Executive and Office Manager. With extensive experience working with high-net-worth clients in Prime Central London and overseas, Mayuri has been in the property industry for over six years, in a range of administrative, operational, and PA roles.

Sarah McIntyre, Director of Lettings at Harrods Estates comments: “We are thrilled to welcome this new talent to the team. There’s no denying that it has been a challenging time across the prime central property market, so it is important that we have a team that combines a deep understanding of our golden postcodes and brings energy and tenacity to provide our clients with exceptional service. This will ensure that we continue to deliver on the renowned and respected Harrods brand.

McIntyre continues: “These appointments make clear that once restrictions lift, we expect international clients to be back with renewed vigour to embrace London’s cultural and commercial appeal.”
